From clay to piece. From the beginning to the end.
Everything begins with the rigorous selection of raw materials. Before any material enters production, it undergoes technical testing compared to standards maintained for over five years. What does not meet our criteria goes back to the supplier.
In the mass factory, we blend clays, feldspars, quartz, and phyllites until we reach the ideal formula. The mass passes through the mill, where materials mix with water until reaching the right consistency. In forming, scraps return to the mass factory and are reprocessed. Nothing is wasted.
Before the first kiln, any defective piece is discarded and returns to the process. Only the intact ones continue. Glazing is where everything begins to come alive — applied following strict standards of layer, density, and viscosity. In the second kiln, with extreme heat, the glaze reacts and creates patterns that never repeat. Each piece emerges with its own identity.
